Admission Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age for intrastate driving
- Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate driving
- Must submit official high school/GED transcripts with test scores
- Must submit ALL post-secondary transcripts (official sealed envelope only)
- Must meet assessment requirements
- Must submit your 7 year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Your MVR cannot have more than 6 points (last 3 years)
- Your MVR cannot have more than 3 moving violations (last 3 years)
- Your MVR cannot have any DUI’s within the past 7 years
- Your MVR can have no more than 1 DUI within the past 15 years
- If conviceted of a felony within the last 10 years, you must be interviewed
- Your DOT physical examination results (must show you passed)
- Your DOT five-panel drug/alcohol screening results (must test negative)
- Must submit a completed application and pay the application fee
