  • Must bring a copy of your current Motor Vehicle Record
  • No vehicular convictions in the past 3 years, including DUI
  • Must pass a DOT physical exam
  • Must pass a DOT drug test
  • Must undergo the school Admissions Process
  • Must meet the school’s Entrance Requirements
