This 2-3 week program requires no upfront contract and offers one of the most extensive training courses in the country from road operation to written requirements for licensing. The training includes one-on-one road training in the student’s region and classroom instruction.. Knight Transportation has high standard with their extensive training and driving instruction but those that maintain a 80 average can go on to a solo stage and then on to graduation after a road mile requirement is met.

YRC Freight – Company Paid CDL Training
YRC Freight is an old and established transportation company. They are in fact the lead transportation company in the country when it comes to industrial and retail goods and operates in all 48 states of the continental US. Their professional truck driving paid CDL training course is certified to provide a very high level of training.
The course lasts approximately 4 weeks and includes Safety skills, hazmat endorsements, CDL licensing requirements. Housing is NOT provided and a dress code is required.
Cost of the program is $4500 (if you do not work for YRC freight for one year).

XPO Logistics – Company Paid CDL Training
XPO logic is a massive transportation company with over 90,000 employees. Their freight contracts include Whirlpool, Home Depot and Nissan Motors. XPO Logistic’s paid CDL training program is one of the longest training programs in the country and makes you entirely prepared t o be on the road driving a truck professionally. This paid training program includes tuition and housing.
Though this is a paid training program not all of the time is paid doing training. Students must also serve part time as dock workers for 30 days prior to starting classes. Classroom training includes map reading, accident procedures, control systems and pre-trip inspection just to name a few areas.
